In a world where energy independence is becoming essential, ModulHomezz is staying ahead. The company has announced its latest innovation: the EnergyPod System—a self-sustaining, modular utility unit designed to support homes in off-grid or energy-limited environments.

The EnergyPod is a plug-in side unit that integrates with existing Foldable, Stackable, or Fixed Roof homes. It includes:
Solar panel array on top
Battery storage system for 72+ hours of backup
Greywater recycling unit
Rainwater collection system with UV purification
This system is ideal for:
Remote modular home setups
Eco-resorts or glamping villages
Post-disaster zones or off-grid communities
The entire unit fits within a single transport container and can be installed in under 2 hours. It eliminates the need for external utility hookups, reducing long-term energy costs.
“With the EnergyPod, you can truly live anywhere—without sacrificing comfort or sustainability,” said Rohit Mistry, Chief Product Officer at ModulHomezz.
The first 200 EnergyPods will be rolled out as part of a pilot program in Ladakh, India and parts of Northern Canada.
Conclusion:
The EnergyPod reflects ModulHomezz’s mission to deliver not just homes—but holistic living solutions. With power, water, and waste all self-contained, this unit unlocks a new level of freedom for homeowners, especially those embracing minimalism, eco-living, or remote lifestyles.
